FlexiBar is a marketplace that connects sports fans with bars showing live sport. FlexiBar does not own or operate the venues listed on the platform; bars are independent businesses responsible for their own service, premises and licensing.
When you book a table you pay a deposit to reserve your seats for a specific game. The deposit is normally credited against your food and drink spend at the bar. The bar is responsible for honouring the reservation and applying the credit at the venue.
You may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before kickoff for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made inside the 24-hour window are non-refundable. If a bar cancels or is unable to honour your booking, you will receive a full refund.
You agree to provide accurate account information, to behave respectfully at venues, to comply with the bar's house rules and local laws, and not to misuse the platform. Bar owners agree to keep listings accurate, honour confirmed bookings, and comply with all applicable licensing and consumer-protection laws.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By making a booking you also accept Stripe's terms. FlexiBar never stores your full card details.
FlexiBar provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for the conduct of bars or other users, for the quality of food, drink or atmosphere at a venue, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before they take effect.

We collect the information you give us when you sign up and use FlexiBar, including your name, email address, phone number (optional), profile photo, favourite sports and preferred city. When you book a table we collect your booking history and payment confirmation details from Stripe. We also collect approximate location when you choose to find bars near you.
We use your data to operate the service: to create your account, show you relevant games and bars, process bookings and payments, send booking confirmations and kickoff reminders, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
Your data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure provided by Supabase. Payment details are handled directly by Stripe and never stored on FlexiBar servers. Maps and geocoding are powered by Mapbox.
We rely on a small number of trusted processors to deliver the service: Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Stripe (payments) and Mapbox (maps and address lookup). Each operates under its own privacy policy.
You can view and edit your profile at any time, change your notification preferences, and request deletion of your account by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable period and in line with applicable data-protection law.
We use essential cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising trackers.
